Event is not shown between start and end times

An event disappears for users as soon as you reach the start time. This means you can't use the seatpicker to locate people.

Suggestion
Change visibility trigger to use the end time. Seatpicker can be locked from start (or other) by admins to ensure no changes are made after desksheets are allocated.

Another issue with the current functionality is if people haven't assigned tickets out before the event, then they can't (obviously) assign/transfer them during the event. This means they don't get any configured discord roles o_O
