Create a randomised seating plan / assign "unseated" tickets

Seats could be chosen, selected or random (assigned via RNG on free seats)

• Chosen - User behaviour as-is, person selects seat
• Selected - Admin behaviour as-is, person is "awarded" a seat / a seat is selected for them.
• Random - New behaviour - User Selection and Admin executed:

Description of implementation:

• User can select "any free seat" (or not select anything at all)
• Any ticket that has not mapped to a seat (at a specific time) can be assigned a randomly selected seat by an Admin (no confirmation necessary).

This behaviour would be best introduced together with #44 as it may otherwise generate requests to change seats to Admins (which is undesired).

Using Randomise on the Admin side to really flip the seats, would have to take clan tickets/spaces into account, and randomise with clan-boundaries in mind. This may prove an interesting puzzle to solve.

Before implementing Randomise, probably best to create backups. Don't know whether the two buttons

• Save Seating plan (exports CSV/internal backup)
• Restore Seating plan (import from CSV/Backup)
  exist yet, but methinks they should be there before any randomisation is released, just in case....
