Setup workflow for publishing #5
Description
It would be nice if we could automatically publish our client library to crates.io and npm. I'd suggest to add an Github Action which runs the specific commands then a "version tag" is added (e.g. "v0.2.0" for 0.2.0 or "0.2.0-beta.2").
