Global roadmap

This is a pinned issue made to fix and discuss the current roadmap of the project.

For a next patch release:

• Finish C binding
• Finish python binding
• Fix some old versions, which are sometime broken (on Windows?), like b1.7.3

For a next minor release:

• Support for modpack: Add modpack support #261
• Implicit support for Arm: ARM32 and ARM64 Linux Support #251
  In fact, it could be a patch release if we fix it without adding more API
