Query clock speeds

I'd like to be able to query the current and maximum gpu clock speeds if possible:

Specifically, for my purposes:

nvmlDeviceGetMaxClockInfo
and
nvmlDeviceGetClockInfo with a clock type of NVML_CLOCK_SM = 1
