The server disconnected before the handshake was completed

Hi,
thank you for your example ! It help me a lot.

I deploy your Server Chat Hub on my computer in IIS and it working in the browser.

I change the client for my information to

      hubConnection = new HubConnectionBuilder()
     .WithUrl($"http://172.18.40.196:5000/ChatHub")
     .Build();

When i click on the connect button, after a few seconds a received this error message.
The server disconnected before the handshake was completed

Do you know why ?
