Serveo - Virus detected

I downloaded the serveo.exe file and it was automatically deleted because of the Occamy.CAE trojan according to Windows security.

I'm just questioning why there is a virus attached to the file and if there could be anything done to fix the problem.

It's a false-positive.
Just use the source and run the batch file.
