Not detecting lettered workspaces correctly

I dont use numbered workspaces 1,2,3,4 etc only but also lettered workspaces (F,G,B,T)

However, none of the windows inside lettered workspaces show up (for example Alacritty in workspace G in the example)

My sway config:

Maybe there a bug in the code where a 'number' somewhere needs to be removed when the workspace is not a number?
