Expected behavior: Either a regular recruitment option for Dwarf Colony or upon encountering dwarves, the ability to recruit said dwarves from overlord Baron ally or allied underground encounter.

Observed behavior: With the mod enabled, there are no recruitable dwarves for the Dwarf Colony

Steps to recreate: Enable Mod, play as Dwarf Keeper, lose a few dwarves, visit underground dwarf encounter and overland dwarf ally.

@JReese3 Sorry for the delay, I rarely log into GitHub (especially now with the 2FA requirement). I more or less maintain Soft Monster's work nowadays.

Looking at this, I suspect the details.txt creates an expectation mismatch: unlike the vanilla Dwarf colony that cannot repopulate, 10DwarvenFort can repopulate by spending gold (and does not need to meet allies).

Technically not a bug, but worth considering two options.

1. Simply update the details briefing to clarify that the fortress is standalone, and does not need to hire dwarves specifically from other settlements (you just sort of pull them from the Dwarf Underground).

2. If you'd like to have specialist dwarves such as the Blacksmith or Miners available from the allies, that's probably doable but would require some additional tweaking and adding content.

@KA101 It's fine, anyhow there is also no gold purchase recruitment, I would have seen that. I know it worked back years ago, so I tried it in the current build.

Weird. The code looks like there should be an increasing cost to recruit dwarves. I'll check that out, thanks.
