Carbonites Notes deleted by? #1

Hi.
Yesterday late afternoon I made like 15-20 notes in total on the new Argus maps for rares I was missing/rares who drop eggs, mounts, toys, pets. Very late last night around midnight I got a Carbonite error (didn't keep it though, sorry), but I did notice that since then the newly made Notes have gone. Like completely vanished, even from the Notes window that stores the notes a Carbonite user make on the map.
I played around with different settings, even those found when right clicking the Carbonite Map. That didn't do much.
Being currently in Highmountain I tried making a new note as a test and after logging in and out and several reloads (was fixing an error with a different addon, the higmountain note was still there and as I didn't need it I deleted it again...
I know for a fact that I didn't delete those on the new Argus maps, so I'm thinking that it's the error I got, that screwed it up. The Error I remember came from Carbonite quest and not Carbonite Notes which is strange. Again I have had quite a few bugs/errors from carbonite since the last update to this addon through Twitch Client (what used to be the Curse Client).
From now on, do I post each Carbonite error I get here on github and to each their related topic? So if I get a Carbonite Quest error, I post it under Carbonite Quest?
The reason why I'm posting this here, is that I looked through some older posts on wowinterface and someone there told me to post future bugs on github.
