Test updating of threads with edited thread content or comments

On one occassion, I noticed that a thread file didn't seem to update in response to an edited comment. Possibly editing a comment doesn't change the last-updated timestamp for the thread, in which case it wouldn't trigger an update. I should check if that's correct, and if so, look for another way to tell that the comments need updating. Similarly, check for when the thread content is updated.
