Looking for an Affordable Degoogled Android 4K HDR Streaming Media Player #9

I'm looking for recommendations for an inexpensive (under $100 CAD), degoogled Android 4K HDR streaming media player that includes Dolby Vision support, has 3-4GB RAM, and 1-2 USB ports. The device must not have Google Assistant or Alexa built in.
I've considered the NVIDIA SHIELD, but it is too expensive and includes Google Assistant and Alexa features. I am not a programmer, but I have a 2 yr computer networking background and would appreciate advice on any newer devices that fit the criteria. Any suggestions or guidance would be much appreciated!
