Everyone's all past messages incorrectly colorized by the last person's color

After upgrading Irssi to version 1.4.3 (20221031 1403), the following bug manifests:

1. The last person to say anything on any channel causes color to be set to whatever has been configured for them.
2. Change window size.
3. Everyone's all past messages on all channels now have the nicks colored with the color above.
