Fatal Error - Rule not found

I'm quite new to this plugin. But I cannot get it work. All of my app breaks because of this 

Fatal error: Class 'Rule' not found in C:\Users...\app\Plugin\Authake\Controller\Component\AuthakeComponent.php on line 251

edit: I'm using Cakephp 2.3.9, maybe this is the problem?
