Improve UI and UX for restart REPL icon within Haskell Functions sidebar tool

Problem

• The button/icon of Restart REPL is too large in the sidebar

Expected solution: (Need suggestions and improvs)

• So I have thought is to add a reload icons instead of the long phrase and text

Important: We need to discuss the most relevant way to solve this so feel free to discuss before making any change.

The restart repl button appears as a large text bcoz currently it lacks is missing an icon property in package.json , usually with the extensions of vscode ,when placed in the sidebar title bar (view/title), it defaults to display the full title string if no icon is gigven,

fixes

• convert text to icon: replace the text with vs code codicon: naemd refresh.
• clean up command name: nove "Haskell Run" to the category field. shorten the title to just "Restart REPL". This keeps the command Palette clean like title: "Restart REPL", category: "Haskell Run", icon: refresh
• add a clear repl button: user want to clear the terminal at the same time they restart. adding the Clear REPL command to the sidebar title bar as well will be nice as an additioanl fix , using the clear-all icon.
