google jquery include triggers secure/non-secure warning in IE

The code that handles the include for jquery (using the remote google repository) defaults to non secure. It needs to be able to detect if the protocol is using ssl and adjust the include appropriately. Google analytics has a javascript include snippet that addresses this issue.

I just pushed a commit that addresses this. Please test and let us know if the problem is still unresolved.
