Where to list funding opportunities #10

Hey,
Through @AgileFrance (NGO) I'd be pretty keen to fund (for example by covering the “one-off” costs mentioned in the Gathering invite template) the establishment of French-speaking congregations 🙂
Would it be appropriate to extend that offer in the handbook? If so, where?
