Preview setting : auto refresh on all changes in editor / not Working

Since it's the default setting I've been using it ever since I installed the extension. but today when I opened vscode it wasn't working anymore. the only thing I did was install a theme extension. I've tried uninstalling and disabling things but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do.
