Debugging console output garbled

I use Chinese and the file is encoded as UTF-8. When I click the test button on the left or the whole test, my debug console outputs garbled characters, and it looks like they should be outputting properly. And when using maven test, my output in the terminal is correct.

After one update , the issue has been resolved by setting "settings.json"
