Feature Request: Discover extensionHost Launch Profiles

I have several launch profiles for running in my own profile, in an isolated profile that include lots of skipFiles for extension host internals for instance.

When using the "Execute Using Profile..." option, it would be ideal if my launch configs that are of type extensionHost were included and at least the env, skipfiles, outfiles, etc. were merged as if I had specified them in extension-test-runner.debugOptions.

Today I have to manually edit debugOptions to try various combinations and it is awkward.

Good idea, I don't have much time in the immediate future to work on this but would welcome a PR. We can read the launch configuration using the standard VS Code configuration APIs getConfiguration('launch') and then generate profiles based on those.
