vscode attention needed icon #420
Description
When an agent session requires a user's attention, for example allowing an agent to run a terminal command, we show this icon as the session's status.
The first problem is that it looks really similar to the chat sparkle icon we use as the chat panel's entry point. There is a future where these two icons are placed next to each other.
The second problem is that this icon was previously used for providing feedback on an agent response, so this use is very odd for some users.
