Table Extraction Header and Column Merge Issue

So the issue is when I run Table Structure Recognition model in TATR, the model either merges some two columns and their headers together. It also creates few empty columns in between.
Sometimes it also supresses one column and takes the values of one column only.
This does not happen on whole table but only few columns of the table.
I have tried adjusting many thresholds but it has not resolved the issue.
My table is a complex table with single character values in cells, along with headers.
Please guide someone.
