Issue with Automatic Submission Indexing ‘noindex’ Pages

As discussed here, IndexNow is submitting URLs for indexing even though they have a noindex directive in the header.

This plugin needs to respect the noindex directive or allow users to exclude certain URLs or paths from automatic submission. As long as plugin development and support continues to be nonexistent, it will continue to have terrible reviews and low usage. Step it up Microsoft.

Even adding a basic filter for excluding urls would be fantastic for developers to hook into and add exclusions. Would this be possible? @pingal @dareddyM @sairagh @mavarsh
