Work around AzDO test viewer failure content truncation #2046

I just hit a classic truncation issue again in PR CI, and I checked the raw converted XML and it isn't truncated there. I noticed that the AzDO test result viewer was only showing exactly 4000 characters and found the above long-standing issue (2022).
(The test involved prints PATH and some other env, so it takes up more space than usual.)
Downloading the XML and searching for the test name isn't too bad, but navigating around to the correct artifact isn't a great experience. The platform pretty-names are different from the artifact names, and of course it takes handful of extra clicks per thing you want to view.
I'm filing this to hopefully get a solution or a workaround. Maybe we can somehow get the info into another tab that doesn't have the truncation issue, or link to the correct artifact somehow.
