Delete files in remote path in the workspace on deployment

When notebooks are removed, renamed, or moved in the directory, the 'old' ones will not be removed from the workspace. The files are only overwritten.

@BeigeBadger the PR has not been approved so I can't merge it and only close it without merge. Not sure if it will ever be approved. If you need it in your pipeline, copy the code into a separate yaml file there and just use it as a (custom) step.
