This was caused by a wrong API version in the environment variables. To fix the issue, change "AZURE_OPENAI_API_VERSION" to "2023-12-01-preview"

Take into account that there is new API verson. U can check under the model deployments.

Thanks for raising this issue. From the comments it seems the cause of this error message has been identified. Model versions and API versions can change over time - we don't recommend using x-preview API versions in production environments for this reason.

PR (#442) is in the works to introduce managed identity authentication between the Azure services, which will reduce the amount of API endpoints, versions, and credentials being passed around the application more broadly. For now, I'll proceed to close this issue due to inactivity.
