[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: self signed certificate in certificate chain. Can artifacts-keyring use the native system certificate store on Windows?

Hi,

We're getting the "self signed certificate in certificate chain" error.
Is there a way to force artifacts-keyring to use the system certificate store on Windows?

Usually, I'm using the "truststore" package (https://truststore.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) to do this whenever I encounter the "self signed certificate in certificate chain" error.

As a workaround until the PR gets merged, I resolved this issue by adding pip-system-certs (which uses truststore and injects it automatically).
