Microsoft Store Update gives me the error 0X80073CFB

Repro Steps

Install WSL through Terminal (Administrator) the normal way with "wsl --install" go to Microsoft Store and press "Check for updates" it appears "Something went wrong" with error code 0X80073CFB. Do "wsl --update" and it says "Checking for updates.
The most recent version of Windows Subsystem for Linux is already installed."
Tried some commands like DISM to see if it was a problem with Microsoft Store but apparently WSL it is the only app that doesn't update all the other apps update which means it's a problem with WSL.

Expected Behavior

Updating or saying it was already updated

Actual Behavior

It says "Something went wrong" with this error code 0X80073CFB on Microsoft Store

The script will output the path of the log file once done.
