After merging #829, the workflow automation failed on #841, emitting:

I'm not sure what's happening here, but I observe that the error message refers to Parameter token while the YAML mentions repo-token - is that mismatch significant?

The problem is that PRs from forks don't have access to the secrets in the base repository, a limitation I was not aware of when I made the initial PR for this action. We should probably just delete the action as there is no way of dealing with this as of right now as far as I can tell.
