Power Automate licensing in the context of a Code App

Hello,

With a Canvas App or Model-driven App, we can link a Power Automate flow to it so that a separate Power Automate Premium license isn't required, if the flow is running within the context of the app. How do we achieve the same with Code Apps? They don't appear in the UI for adding an app to a flow.

Also, what's the expected method to call a Power Automate flow from a Code App? Using the 'When an HTTP request is received' trigger?

It would be good to have some documentation available on both points.
