Ability to restart review process for extension updates without making any change to extension package

Currently, if an extension review fails certification due to testing credentials not being provided, to restart the review process, we must make changes to the extension details and extension package.

Go to 'Packages' on Partner Center
Click on 'Continue' to proceed with the existing extension package
Click on 'Save and continue' on the 'Availability' and 'Properties' pages
Click on 'Publish' on the 'Store Listings' page
See error Can't publish extension as your extension has not been modified since last publish.
Expected behaviour
Ideally, the error message should not appear as the extension package and information provided is correct.

@AwesomeExtensions Let me check with the Engineering team to confirm whether this is expected behavior or a bug. In the meantime, could you please try slightly updating the description, save it, and attempt the action again? If the error still appears, please let me know and share a screenshot of the error as well.

Hi @AwesomeExtensions the engineering team has confirmed that it is the expected behaviour, we dont allow to submit same package/same details again, you should update any property or listing's minor details and submit again, just make sure to provide all required details need for testing extension.
