Get-MCASAppInfo - Can it be modified to return list of users that accessed the app

We have a requirement to track users accessing the apps discovered and I see that there is an endpoint to get the appID and appInfo but appInfo just returns the # of users accessing the app and not the user details.

Is it possible to add the list item of users accessing an app on this endpoint ? This will save us lot of time as we are doing this manually right now going to each app on MCAS and getting list of users from each individual app.
