Document use of ingress in chart #33
Description
Helm chart has an ingress flag, but it's not obvious how to use it; extra parameters must be set as well.
Syntax seems to be
--set 'ingress.hosts[0].host=<HOST>' --set 'ingress.hosts[0].paths[0]=/'
