Azure_VM_Extension_Terraform Error

Trying to test Azure_VM_Extension_Terraform and get error straight away. Found article - https://discuss.hashicorp.com/t/template-v2-2-0-does-not-have-a-package-available-mac-m1/35099/19.

My understanding of this is that you are running this on a MacOS with Intel chip, is that correct? I don't have that environment to try out, but it seems the fix is by updating the deprecated template_file with templatefile function.

If you want to give it a try and open a PR, I can review and approve it. Otherwise, it'll take me a while to investigate it.

I am running on a Apple M1 Pro,14.2.1 (23C71), also I do not have a fix to test, can you please provide a fix as this template doesnt work.

Like I said, unfortunately, I won't have time to work on this soon. I do intend to replace that block of code as that provider is deprecated (and I did not know that), but I don't have a timeline to work on it. And in any case, I won't be able to validate it on a Apple/MacOS - although that might be less important.
