I have a workshop in which I show how to get started with generative AI for free. The tech stack is GitHub Codespaces, GitHub Models, GitHub Copilot and Ollama. The concept is that the only price of admission is a GitHub account and you don't have to pay for or even install anything. If I could replace Ollama with Foundry Local, the entire workshop could be Microsoft aligned. But right now, since Codespaces use Linux, I can't do that.

Specific scenario is enabling developers through .NET Aspire, to create, use and integrate with Azure AI Foundry Local.
