Update FilterCollectionExtensions.AddForFeature and FeatureGatedAsyncActionFilter to allow for specifying multiple features and a requirement type

Other areas of the library allow multiple features and a requirement type to be specified when checking whether features are enabled. It would be good to bring the FeatureGatedAsyncActionFilter into line with those and allow for specifying multiple features and a requirement type. Possibly also the ability to negate the requirement type would be useful as well.

Could be an additional overload of FilterCollectionExtensions.AddForFeature and an additional constructor for FeatureGatedAsyncActionFilter to avoid breaking changes.
