Add additional TFM to eliminate explicit dependencies

I want to minimise dependencies in my project by utilising framework dependencies wherever possible

What solution would you like?

I want Microsoft.Bcl.TimeProvider & System.Diagnostics.DiagnosticSource to no longer be an explicit dependency on net 6+ or perhaps net 8

Got it. We should be able to accomplish this if we produce packages targeting .NET 8 rather than just building for netstandard.
