Running SetUpFFmpegBuildEnvironment.ps1 hangs at "Updating packages..."

Even though it's not mentioned, I tried running the SetUpFFmpegBuildEnvironment.ps1 command. A few errors flew by, no clue if these were serious. Eventually the command hung while "Updating packages...".

Please document what's necessary to have a working environment. Also make sure the scripts can validate the final setup to some degree or at least have the scripts bail if errors occur during setup.

I realize it may seem like no one is looking at this repo, but some of us were actually using this work.
