DEMAND dataset

Hi,

I just noticed that DEMAND noise data which was present in [download-dns-challenge-3.sh](https://github.com/microsoft/DNS-Challenge/blob/master/download-dns-challenge-3.sh) doesn't seem to be present anymore in [download-dns-challenge-5-noise-ir.sh](https://github.com/microsoft/DNS-Challenge/blob/master/download-dns-challenge-5-noise-ir.sh). Is this correct and if so, why?
