Bot Not Creating

Describe the bug

I want to create a bot but it was not creating and everytime i am getting with same error.

Bot Framework Composer 2.1.2

Browser

• Electron distribution
• Chrome
• Safari
• Firefox
• Edge

OS

• macOS
• Windows
• Ubuntu

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to composer
2. Click on create bot
3. Select empty bot
4. Name it, Runtime type:- Azure Web app
5. Location
6. Error

I have the same issue and cannot create a bot. I got the Error notification and then in the details:
Error calling npm to fetch template. Please ensure that node and npm are installed and available on your system. Full error message: Command failed with exit code 1: npm install -g --prefix C:\Users\18566\AppData\Roaming\BotFrameworkComposer.yo-repository --loglevel error --no-optional @microsoft/generator-bot-core-assistant@*

My template Feed URL is correctly filled in with: https://registry.npmjs.org/-/v1/search?text=generator+keywords:bf-template+scope:microsoft
