Add menu items to easily find and collect auth and AzCopy logs

There's a menu item for opening the location of the app logs, but no menu for auth or AzCopy logs. We often ask for those when helping users troubleshoot problems.

Better yet, we should consider a command that can gather/copy the separate logs together so users can more easily share them in issues.
