I am very curious about how AI2BMD is utilized to predict the melting temperature (T_m) for proteins. I have read the methods section thoroughly but still find some aspects difficult to grasp. Could you please provide a more detailed explanation of how to calculate the Gibbs free energy (ΔG), heat capacity (C_p), enthalpy change (ΔH), and T_m? If convenient, could you also share the relevant scripts?
