Add agglomerateByModule support for mixed ranks and multiple annotations #760

As noted by #744 (comment), the current version of agglomerateByModule is restricted to single annotations and exact taxonomic ranks.
Based on bugsigdbr function getSignatures, improve the fuction to create modules tables so that it can handle mixed ranks and multiple annotations.
