Compatibility Issues with Home Assistant 2025.12.0

Home Assistant 2025.12.0 sometimes fails to start after upgrade with Custom Conversation installed. This may be due to litellm version compatibility issues, since Home Assistant Core introduces a litellm dependency with the introduction of the Home Assistant Cloud Conversation and Cloud Task functionality.

LiteLLM was recently updated (likely to v1.65+ where filter_team_based_models was introduced/removed).

Thanks @michelle-avery for the fix.

I also had to disable all entries of the integration once in order to produce a clean restart. I assume this is because HA does not shut down cleanly and therefore doesn't restart.

The error I got during shutdown is

ImportError: cannot import name 'aimage_edit' from 'litellm' (/usr/local/lib/python3.13/site-packages/litellm/__init__.py)
INFO: Home Assistant Core finish process exit code 1

Disabling the entries in the Custom Conversation integration and then restarting solves this.
Afterwards the entries can be enabled again, and any subsequent start worked without a problem.
