Different parallax for different regions of space #174
Description
Maps can have a Parallax component attached, which currently can reference an existing YAML parallax definition to change the background (space).
It would be really neat if this could be changed based on region. Fading would be a plus, but doesn't seem to be possible in any kind of clean way with the current implementation.
Testing parallaxes:
Load a map > F7 Admin menu > Objects tab > Object type: Maps > Click the name for the current map > Server components > Add component > Parallax > Input the ID of a parallax definition (existing definitions are in /Resources/Prototypes/Parallaxes)
