Considering porting the code over to .Net Core in order to support Mac and Linux Requires finding a new MIDI library that supports .Net Core and major OS distros (Windows, OS X preferably). Or creating a port of midi-dot-net for OS X myself. Also requires creating new UI as the current uses WPF which isn't supported on other OS than Windows. Might consider using Kestrel with MVC/Razor and simply open a webpage via Lr plugin page when configuring LrControl, rather than having a separate UI window. Might need SignalR or similar
