Fake contours when I used with -corrxy option

See this issue on the OSM-Wiki talk page. Srtm2Osm generates isohypses although it shouldn't.

The error occurs with

Srtm2Osm.exe -bounds1 37.95 138.2 38.0 138.3 -corrxy 0.0005 0.0005 -o fake_contours_bad.osm 

The problem here is that the upper limit of the boundaries is exactly the hgt cell boundary at N38.0
Currently the error disappers with upper boundary of 38.0 + 0.0005:

Srtm2Osm.exe -bounds1 37.95 138.2 38.0005 138.3 -corrxy 0.0005 0.0005 -o fake_contours_good.osm 

Further analysis required to fix the issue
