Atom title text could support XHTML and HTML elements #26
Description
The Atom standard supports more than plain-text in the elements' titles when the type is set to html instead of default text.
I don't know whether RSS or RSS2 supports html elements in titles.
Would FeedWriter be interested in supporting this? I could work on it.
