I run this through the code and get a "'NoneType' object is not subscriptable" error

Can you post a minimal reproducible example and the complete error?

"NoneType object can't do X" usually means that a function returned None instead of the object we were expecting, so we have to hunt down which function that is and why. Often, it just means we looked in the wrong directory for something!

Hi,

I'm having trouble getting Skeletonize(skeleton) to return a skeleton object. I get the error:

"TypeError: expected dtype object, got 'numpy.dtype[int32]'"

It makes me wonder if these are linked. I've opened a stack question on this here to see if anybody has any ideas.
