@albertfaiz the updated dataframe for the year 2010 which calculates the sum of the raster has been constructed as uploaded in the src folder.
Repeat the process for the year 2015 and for the year 2020. Interpolate between the years. The final dataframe should have a total of 9 columns, 8 of the columns being the 8 species of the livestocks and 1 column being the target variable which will be the life expectancy. There can be extra column representing the name of the county as well.
